Our New Website!

31 Oct

After many months, we have finally hit our self-imposed deadline of
Halloween 2013 to launch our new website!

http://www.lightinthedarkparanormal.com is live and open for business.  We can’t thank our graphic designer and website developer enough for her great work–Michelle Tschetter (http://www.zoomadesign.com).

While we will continue to post ongoing information about the paranormal and our investigations here on our WordPress blog, our website will always have current and updated videos, photos, and articles all in one place.

Have a great Halloween!  Its our favorite time of year…

I took a jog over to your website…very nice! I like how you combine your real estate interests with ghostbusting! Here in Canada, people are reluctant to have their homes designated “haunted”, however they must sign a paper declaring it so if it is haunted. Do similar rules apply to your industry?

Generally speaking, sellers are reluctant here too, for fear of hurting their value and marketability. But each state has its own variations on the theme however: some require disclosure of known ghosts or murders, suicides, etc. and some do not. Colorado is one state that does not. California requires disclosure of any death in the home anytime within 3 prior years of sale.

I visited your website! It’s incredibly cool! I especially love the photographs. I took a day trip to Jefferson, Texas, supposedly one of the most haunted cities in the nation, last year and took a few pictures. I caught a couple of orbs, but my favorite picture is one I got of a lot of unexplained white and orange mist that had not been there when I took the picture. I have absolutely no explanation for it. You can find the pictures and the story here: http://jackiesmith114.wordpress.com/2013/08/04/ghost-stories/
